Web Furniture is an Italian cooperative which produces and supplies sustainable designer furniture made in Italy for large-scale retail chains and for the main European sector-specific e-commerce sites.
40 years of Italian design for on-line furniture sales
Ours is a young brand.
It was established in 2019, but it is backed by decades of experience in the wholesale of furniture.
Web Furniture has inherited the expertise, tradition and experience of ready-to-assemble furniture production, which has been active in the heart of the Marche region since the Eighties and is today one of the finest European concerns in the sector capable of designing, producing and selling Italian design furniture for the e-commerce market.
Our core business is the supply of furniture for on-line stores, but we also distribute furniture as wholesalers for large-scale retail chains, whether using traditional logistics, dropshipping or cross-docking.
From product design through to its delivery, the entire production cycle takes place in-house; each step of the process takes place in our production plants in Monsano and Belvedere Ostrense, in the province of Ancona.
We provide our products to customers in 15 different countries thanks to 3 constantly restocked warehouses: one in Italy, one in Germany and the third in the United Kingdom. What’s more, we are also present beyond European borders, in areas in which we are developing our market.

We are accustomed to interfacing with the biggest players in Europe who buy wholesale and then resell on-line or in large-scale retail chains. This type of clientèle is extremely demanding, expecting a great deal of attention on design, quality and at the same time on product functionality.
That’s why every day we take impeccable care of both aesthetic details and practical aspects, first and foremost ease of assembly, which is an essential feature of our kit furniture for end consumers.
The goal is to improve every day, by devising, experimenting and evolving more and more, until we are acknowledged as a cutting-edge company in our industry.
We focus first and foremost on innovation, through digital tools and channels, the design of our products and logistics services, as concrete support for our customers in their sales activity on e-commerce channels.
Our production sites
Our furniture is produced in our two factories located in the Marche, in Vallesina, precisely in Monsano (AN) and Belvedere Ostrense (AN). These production sites are located in a strategic area in terms of logistics, due to their proximity to many infrastructures, as well as from a business perspective, since many specialist manufacturing companies, including many of our suppliers, are located just a few kilometres away.
We operate over a total surface area of 22,500 square metres. The panels are processed at our plant in Belvedere Ostrense while the plant in Monsano is home to the administrative-commercial headquarters, the packaging operations and the various logistic services.
Currently, daily production is around 700 pieces of furniture/day, for a total of around 1000-1300 packs. This capacity can be increased depending on the needs of our customers. The Belvedere Ostrense plant processes approximately 610,000 square metres of panels per year, which amounts to approximately 2 million and 745 thousand components to be assembled.
- The Monsano plant packs into kits and ships about 250,000 packs per year in various logistical ways depending on the customers’ requests.
